  Tomorrow is the start of a diet lifestyle change. Perhaps the biggest change to my eating habits is no more non-diet soda. I waste about 300 or so calories a day on soda! What has it got me? Stretch marks and 40 extra pounds! I should be sending hate mail to the Pepsi-Cola and Coca-Cola companies right now.

I'm definitely no longer putting the high-fat/high-calorie dressings on my salads and not using regular mayonnaise. And, fast food places will be off limits. Unless of course I'm starving to death and only get a salad with low-fat dressing and a diet soda. But for now, Burger King and all of those places are no longer getting my money. I also need to make a better effort at drinking at the very least 1 liter of pure water per day.

This journal will be used to track my weight-loss, everything I eat and my exercise habits. I plan to lose 20 pounds by July when I go camping with a friend. For now this journal is friends only. Comment to be added! =)
